Polaris
The Life & Pensions product Polaris defines the company today and is the foundation for the growth strategy and development of NES TECH in Denmark and internationally.
The sustainable development model used also forms the basis for the development of new products within other business areas and markets.

ALFRED JOENSEN
Alfred Joensen founded NES TECH in 2007 and serves as the company’s CEO. He has 20+ years of experience with IT projects in the financial industry. Alfred holds a degree in Civil Engineering and PhD from the Department of Mathematical Modeling at DTU.
THOMAS GLINSKI
Thomas Glinski joined NES TECH as Technical Director in 2016, and in 2025, Thomas assumed the role as COO. Thomas holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Department of Mathematical Modeling at DTU and has gained technical expertise and project management experience from his previous work at IBM Denmark.
Roland Schlosser
Roland Schlosser joined NES TECH in 2020 as developer and started his role as CTO in 2025. Roland has worked with development of software systems in the pension industry for more than 15 years. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the IT University of Copenhagen.
